How to order

 

By e-mail
Click here to e-mail your digital photographs to me.  Please use JPEG format and try to use as high a resolution as possible. On receipt of your picture I will notify you of confirmation and a possible completion date.

 

By post
Send your photographs to the following address:

Whatever method you use please remember to include the following details: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Please also state your preferred size of portrait, i.e. A3 or A4.

 

How to Pay

By Credit / Debit Card

Once the portrait is completed I will send you an e-mail with a scanned image of the completed work. If it meets with your approval you will then be sent a further e-mail from Paypal requesting your credit/debit card details via their secure ordering facilities.  Once I have notification of the payment the portrait will be shipped out to you.

Paying online is simple

 

 

1 - Pencil Portraiture will make a payment request using Paypal

2 - You will receive an e-mail from Paypal with a link to their secure online payment site.

3- Simply enter your credit card details.

You don't need a Paypal account to do this. For more information on Paypal and their secure on-line payment system, visit their website at www.paypal.com or have a look on the Security and Privacy page.

 Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

 

By Cheque / Money Order

 All cheques should be made payable to Richard Macwee

Once the portrait is completed, I will post or e-mail you a scanned image of the completed work. I will also enclose further payment details should you wish to go ahead and purchase. Your original photograph will also be returned to you at this point.

The portrait will be shipped out once the cheque has cleared.
